Individual Sessions

Build a therapeutic relationship and treatment plan based on your specific history, needs, and goals. Alexandra will work with you in order to uncover the beliefs and behaviors that are tempering your ability to experience a joyful and meaningful life. If a diagnosis is appropriate, this diagnosis will inform which evidence-based treatment is incorporated into your treatment, while still acknowledging your individuality: you are more than a label. Treatment specializations include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).

*Individual Sessions are 50-55 minutes and billed at 125$/session. Hermitage Counseling & Consulting is NOT currently acceptance insurance: payment is due at the time of service. Some clients may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement based on insurance plan: check with your individual insurance for more info.

Sliding scale rates may be available on a first come, first serve basis for clients experiencing financial hardship. Inquire for more details.

EMDR Intensives

EMDR Intensives are for clients who have achieved stability and have already engaged in traditional talk-therapy for at least 6 months. EMDR is appropriate for those are looking for a more direct, efficient, and intensive form of treatment for a history of traumatic experiences. EMDR intensives may be between 90-minutes and 3 hours based on client needs and therapist assessment. Clients who do not have any experience will also receive a 2-hour preparation session for screening, skill-building, and orientation to the treatment. EMDR intensives may be completed in person or online.

*EMDR intensives are billed at 275$/hour.

Group Services

Psychoeducation, support, and therapeutic group offerings. Groups may be an add-on to individual therapy, or an option for those seeking to learn, grow, and receive support in the context of community with others experiencing similar issues. See flyers below for current group offerings.
